Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
All shipment costs on exchanges/returns/defective units back to DigitNetworks are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
Shipping fees, handling fees, and return fees are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
DigitNetworks is not responsible for any local or national duties, import fees, or brokerage fees. It is your responsibilty to be aware of these fees.
Most orders will ship within 5 Business days of receipt of verifiable payment. 
 
Expedited Shipping:
Every attempt is made to ship Next Day Air and other expedited shipment orders the same day they are received but is not guaranteed.
If same day shipping confirmation is needed contact customerservice@digitnetworks.com .

Returns:
There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns - no exceptions. No returns after 7 days of receipt. Returns must have no physical damage and include ALL original packaging.

Warranty:
Items not accompanied by a warranty card are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase.
Orders outside of USA - We are not able to pay for shipping of replacement items either direction.
Orders inside of USA - We will pay for shipping the replacement unit to you within 30 days of the purchase.  All shipment costs to DigitNetworks are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and insured with freight charges prepaid. Email technical support for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number or sent freight collect will be rejected.
